Can anyone give me torque settings and sequence for my 95 3.0 head replacement?

They should all be in the sticky's as i uploaded a load of stuff for the heads just before xmas

Just a note when you do the 90 degree thing make sure you have a long
strong breaker bar and a 3 foot piece of wood.......why a 3 foot piece of wood you ask cus when the bonnet stay gets in the way after 80 degrees
you'll wish you had a bit of wood to prop the bonnet on the other side......
I also wrote the bolt number on the top of the bolts in white paint pen
to make it easier.
