found out why my engine missfired never to start again, fuel injection pump broke, looking at mega bucks to fix,cant do the job myself gutted, any one had this done in a garage how much?

i'm sure one of the other breakers can supply a replacement pump and then go make some enquiries on how much it will cost to fit it

hi, mudskipper called this morning, cracked injector turned it over no fuel coming out,do they just pack up that quick.

could be the spill controll valve, thats what went on mine, if it's a 2.4 you've got then i think hirola has got a fuel pump for sale think he wants about £80 for it and only takes half a day to change

that sounds good, must check pump further cant believe from running great to no go.
