windscreen trim/rubber

has anyone managed to get one out intact?just trying to figure out how they fit,sides are fine just pop out,bottom,i#undone all the little brackets and wont budge,and top seems to go round the edge of screen where its bonded in?just wondering if there is a way?
no big deal if not just means glass out,just want to avoid that if i can

The screen is bonded. From what I saw when Autoglass fitted my new one, you might be able to cut the rubber bond all the way round but have some vacuum cups and a mate or two handy to help lower it down.
