    ...for all the good wishes & offers of help. This forum has renewed my faith in humanity!
    Richard & Tony, I'll be in touch regarding the replacement shell idea when I've had a chance to look at the Surf in the recovery shed. Flipping it back on it's wheels was pretty violent - I don't know how the suspension components take to that sort of hammering.

        isn't it drivable?
        Nissan Patrol for on-road, and a Land-Rover 110 shed for off-road :-)

          I have seen a LC roll over on it's side and when it was righted it started straight away and drove 1000+ miles home, it was an insurance right off though.

          Dam tough these Toyotas.
