Head Info Please

Just about to replace the head on my 3.0L so can anyone let me have a link or direct me to any technical info on this i.e. sequence of head bolt tightening, torque settings etc. Sorry, but I am being a bit lazy and I'm on a borrowed p.c. at the mo, so haven't got the time to trawl for the info!!

You start on the centre 2 opposite each other and then zig zag
