Stickers have arrived and are on already they look great many thanks for that
Only problem was i had a postman knock on my door give me a card and say that i have a letter but you have to go and get it from the depot ????
I said to him but your here why didn't you bring it!
he said the correct postage has not been paid Oh
So off i trot down to the depot and its my stickers
How much do i owe they said all of it plus £1 handling charge

i've had similar where the postage has been paid but the white sticker they put on has come off and the person the other end has had to pay the postage and handling charge

Thats typical bl00dy incompetence from the post office. All my sticker post gets handed over at the PO. They weigh it, or size it and pop a sticker on. Ergo, if its wrong, its their fault.

I guess it allows them to overcharge us twice eh?

The thing is if you don't have proof of postage and the customer don't get a reciept for the fee he/she had to pay then your stuffed anyway.
I know its only £1 but in these times a £ is a £ at the end of the day

I got me moneys worth made them write out a receipt
Then told them its not worth the paper its written on as my accountant wont accept it
got them at it they had to go up the other end of the nasty cold yard get one printed out and when they got back i said thankyou and do you happen to have a bin so i can throw this in it you should have seen his face
