can anyone tell me what handed thread this is and an easy way to get it off?
i read in someones guide to use the al/air con stay bracket to fix the crank in place but i dont understand how this works.

any help would be gratefully appreciated.

Take the tensioner off. Take the front 2 pulleys off the crank. Tightly bolt the tensioner to the pulley, resting the other end of it on top of the Offside chassis leg. Unbolt the pulley (it's a normal threaded bolt).
