I'd second that, a friend of mine has one & i must admit if i was in the market for a second car, that would be in my top 3.
If its not broke don't fix it.

I can recommend the Honda Accord. Lovely car especially the 2 Ltr vtec with leather.
Bullet proof reliability, very quick/agile & not bad on fuel.
Brother has a 2001 accord, really really nice car.

got one of these sat in the garage. Its been SORN for about a year now.
Wants about £500 spending to fix the electric windows. It drives like new and it has all the bells and whistles. 70Kish on the clock I think. You can have it for a grand.

                Its a 2001 on a private reg 9should be X reg)
                its a 2.2 L petrol 5 speed
its the sport version, not sure what the letters are
this means its got the full leather package. They look awful inside otherwise.
                A/C
climate control - left and right sides
                heated seats
                cruise control
                parking sensors
computer for trip/ MPG/ all manner of other things
electric seats and mirrors with memory function
                I could go on forever
basically its got pretty much every option available to mankind

the windows (yes all 4) are not working.
motor spins, but the mechanisms to connect to windows are messed up i guess. its a common fault in 607s apparently, had a quote to do 2 for £300 about a year or so ago. Since then 2 other went.
My intention was to fix it myself just never got around to it and then I got into Surfs

I moved it from one garage to another about a week ago, the only thing I notices is that the brake hubs where rusty from sitting for so long and they squeeled a bit.
No MOT, but I can sort that, passed 1st time , every other time
If youre seriously interested I can take it out of mothballs and get her moving again.

I looked at C70s when I got my Mazda, but I picked the Mazda and would recommend it 100%. Xedos 9 Miller (no other model). Easy to get for £1500, make sure it's got full Mazda history, had the cambelt done recently and no noise from the supercharger and you've got a brilliant, quick, economical and reliable car.

Always liked the xedos 9. Stands out from the usual hum drum german/swedish equivalents.

I had a Lexus IS200 for a while, nice car, lovely growl from the smooth six cylinder engine. A little bit dull though & quite common.
