You can get them from the US, a bit costly at $171 per pair plus shipping but it is possible.

Thanks for the reply - $171 dollers (about £90~£100) seems a bit expensive for a couple of rear light protectors - surley there must be someone in the UK able to make them for a fraction of that cost - any takers?
