It's a Warrior Infantry Fighting Vehicle - if that's too much of a mouthful then IFV will do

Didn't they used to be called Armored Personnel Carriers ? in the old days, but definately not a tank

I know that, i spent many a cold night in the back of one of them, it seems that people think if it is cammed up with tracks then it is a tank

The FV432 is an APC but the Warrior comes with a 7.62 chain gun or a 30mm Rarden so it becomes a fighting vehicle ....
