proper answer , you seringe some coolant in to a another bottle it iturns pink if it has exhaust gases in it , or if like cj,s just suck on the air out of the rad and it turns pink

but i can not live with out a roof over my head
once it did nearly come to that
dont let the bank charge you nothing for anything like late payments
or charges on over drafts
if these things put your house at risk you can get the money back
i only kept my house coz i know thats the law
a bank can not take money if they are putting your home at risk by doing so

main thing is
you must know your rights
i bank with halifax
in that year i nearly lost my house
halifax had been taken to court 14 times in that year over people loseing there homes cos of charges they had made resulted in non payment of margage

pays off to stand and fight
look up everything you can
your rights are a must
its how i hung on

i've juggled the finances for a while now but it hasnt beaten me yet - i'll survive - i always have done - i'm sure i will continue - i'm a plumber by trade but so long as i'm not to proud there is always work to be found

huh? so by JUST pouring coolant into a bottle it will change to pink? what casues it to change then? surelyt you must add something to it otherwise why not just look at it instead of taking any out?
or are you joking?
when the RAC man checked mine he did nothing of the sort. he put a test tube of some kind into tha rad top which had a blue liquid in it. he said if gases are in the rad then it will change to green. which it did.

Woohoo - easy there tiger

i sold the truck with obvious head / gasket failure - she drives fine but i was in no doubt that this was the issue - you dont need a sniffer test to know that she had head issues - i'm not a numpty
