It does take some getting used to, and I try to download in advance.
Some films take 8hrs or more to download. And they end up being in German!
I'm getting used to it. I got my utorrent from http://www.utorrent.com/downloads
I use utorrent, I love it, you can d/load from any site.
I use the pirate bay and www.mininova.org the most.
this is what i used to use. (well still do but havent downloaded anything in years)
i mainly used mininova for downloading new films. but is ok for music too.
i use Utorrents to download and torrentz to search.
bitsoup is meant to be very good but you have to ask to join and be approved etc. the thing that makes it good is the download speed. you cant just join, downloadand then buggar off. your expected to upload songs or whatever youve downloaded for a couple of days after so others can benifit from you. if you dont they chuck you out.
once you pick something to download from "torrentz.com" it will then open the download and start downloading it in "utorrent.com".
bit tricky at first but will all become apparent very quickly.
if you have any trouble setting it up, feel free to ask any questions and we can help you get up and running.
YOUTUBE! theres a program called something like "youtube to mp3" (google search it) and you just copy and paste the URL and it will convert the youtube song into an MP3. peace of #### and only takes a few seconds per song to convert!
the same program can even save it into a video file so you can save youtube videos to disc and watch on your tv.
or try "utorrentz".com good for downloading albums but not so good for single tracks.
That Youtube one actually works a treat. Nice one.

You have to keep an eye out for the three letter language code! GER or whatever. And sometimes people re-create the file with subtitles included :/ But usually you can find decent .avi files or .mkv filesl for high definition. I have windows 7 so everything plays natively (except for .mkv which I need VLC player for).
For everyone else I recommend VLC player as it plays pretty much everything.

yeah its pretty simple. just make sure the track you download is a good quality one!
usually a song that doesnt require the volume to be turned up just so you can hear it!
just create a folder in "your documents" via "my computer" and chose it to save the mp3 into that.
then you can just go into the folder to view all your mp3's and save to a disc with windows media player.
i'd give it an 8/10. finding a good quality youtube song is harder than you might think. often i have found that it sounds good when played on youtube but once youve converted it to an mp3 and burned it to a CD, all the imperfections stand out a lot more.
