  • Biggest favour ever.

As many of you know i manufacture Fuel Cat and also Formula Power Leads sets. There is a crazy guy who although never trying any of my products, seems to have it in for me. Much of what he says are lies and i do not process credit cards for Techstore. 2 years ago while he was changing banks, i did so for about a month. Although i have no business connections with Techstore, i can assure you that neither i, or they are, Skanky #######s or Con artists.
Everyone has the right to say wether they think a product works or not (Apache)!! but it is usually people who have never used them that complain.
I have written a response site about this guy, whi has NEVER answered any emails sent to him. What i am asking is could every one please click on the link below, so it will go up in Google search quicker. If you have children, read the page about eating pigeon Poo. Disgusting.
When you have clicked on it, please post the fact then thread will stay up a while. Also if you are on any other forums, please try to do same.
I hope the people i have met from the forum, know i am not a scam artist etc .
    Thanks Philip

    Well, I've read it....
Im not sure a lot of it makes any sense though. I would go back and try and re write it a bit as it's a bit confusing at the moment. I realise it's going to be hard to make Mr Pigeons sections clearer as he seems to be semi literate.
Also, the link at the top doesn't work.
    Good luck!
    it's in me shed, mate.

I still think you'd be better placed just getting over it and letting it be. As you're obviously not doing that, however, do you not think it would be best to put a simple info section on your site for your customers use, regarding that sites reference, rather than playing petty and going at it hammer and tongs. You're just making it seem more true rather than less so with that counter site you've created.

Did you ever contact Google or report it to them as debatable content, btw?

Tried Google, no one seems to want to help. Will get my guy to improve the site, and make link work.
Unfortunately leaving it, isn't the answer, as people all over the world who Google, see it and many will not look further.
I have even had people from countries i hadn't even heard of, email me about it. Problem is for the odd people who see it and tell me, How many see it and don't.
        Thanks again Philip

I sympathise with you in this case Phillip, but that website you have created is very confusing, ill thought out and full of swearing!
          may i suggest......
1 You re-work the wording, adding a sub header everytime you qoute from his website, something like.....
" taken from mr pigeons website on --/--/2009"
2 Add a large banner at the start of the page, something like.....
"warning this page contains foul language within the quotes

3 Remove any swearing from your written comments
(they make your hard work look like a petty vendetta

          4 Correct all your spelling

Dont take this the wrong way, it's merely meant to be constructive critisism from a neutral point of view

          Best of luck

Your best advertising is word of mouth, at the end of the day Phil. You will always get customers who will be undecided and believe anything and everything. I'd concentrate on just selling and getting the word around that way. You're paying it way too much thought. For every negative link which will appear, I'm sure the search engines will also return positive comments from customers. It's a simple fact of business life. You know that.

I honestly think that new site you've put up puts you in a worse position, not better, btw. At the end of the day, you'll always be fighting a battle with the Fuelcat. It is one of those grey area technologies which, whilst real world practice appears to say it works in some scenarios, science says it doesn't or shouldn't. So, your rant on that point also seems a little misplaced. From what I recall, the Broquet technology has never been unequivocally proven nor disproven, scientifically?

Concentrate on your existing and potential customers is my suggestion. Anyone who is going to take that other site as gospel is going to do so regardless of anything you say.

You have his home address, just order a load of cash on delivery stuff and get it delivered there, put his address on the wall above the urinals in public toilets (motorway service staion is best.....apparently) offering 'services' and apply for all sorts of on-line offers and forward them to him.

Have a laugh at his expense, you do like a laugh I know 'cos you keep posting jokes!

p.s. wear a disguise and use a public phone/internet cafe.

including a link to his site will also push his google ranking up!...

i dunno what the truth is, all i know from somebody who's used one is that it reduces carbon? build up and keeps the oil clean for longer and someone else did an extra 50 miles on a tank of fuel, but who knows what type of driving they were doing.
nee nar nee nar, i'm a fire engine!

when I google FUEL CAT his site does come up on the first page.... but I only read it because of your story here, normally I would not be interested to read dribble like that....

I agree with peole though Philip the counter site you have set up does not make you look any better.....

Just take a chill pill and let it blow over....
I mean in business you will always get people like that the best way is to just ignore them and not fuel there enthusiasm to take things out on you... The more you react the more fun it is for them....

These people have nothing better to do and who on earth takes someone that calls himself a pigeon serious....???

Either way good luck there and I am sure it will blow over..... If you do react please make the site look much better and make sure your arguments are good as this person seems to love writing....

He is just a unemployed bum with a sad life and to much time on his hands living of the taxes people like you and me pay...... maybe even jealous... lol

I'd probably have had the same reaction as you did Philip, but by the time I'd registered the domain, done the quotes and written the replies, I'd have calmed down and wouldn't have published the site.

I agree with the others, what you've written has ended up as a bit of an incoherent, badly spelled, rant. And all capitals is a huge no-no, as is so much text with no white space.

If you do decide to keep the site up, have it professionally re-built with working links at least.

You know you could just pay an accredited lab to test your products scientifically and post the results on the site? Might be expensive initially, but if you can PROVE it gives better mpg, or PROVE it makes old engines last longer etc you're on to a winner because then he has no ammo and Joe Public would be more likely to take notice of your products.

Testimonials really aren't worth a carrot at the end of the day, because even placebos appear to work in some cases. What you need is a proper accredited vehicle test lab to perform controlled tests and to publish data that says 'because of X and Y, you get Z' (or not - there is always that danger!) I have contacts at MIRA and Millbrook if you'd like to follow that route.

Doesn't stop what Mr Pidgeon has done being nasty and uncalled for, but I do agree you dont show yourself or your products in good light by biting at his trolling. I'd pull the site if I were you, and let it go. He'll get bored eventually.

                        Good luck!

                          Apache and all.

                          Dear All,
Thanks for all your comments so far and thanks Apache for not upsetting me to much!! as i know you are not really for them. I do have test which have been done, but as you say, they are expensive. Today i have found out, that i can get a grant, to show the difference of the flame in the chamber and a guy who is a catalyst expert, can arrange this for me, as he is interested in fuel saving technology. He even suggested how good pictures sexplaining and showing the difference would be on my web site. The lab, which name i forget is world renowned, so i agree with what you are saying, its cost, these days of course. Also he has told me, without asking, that he can improve the present catalyst, by nano technology. Anyway perhaps some good things will start to happen now, as for a lot of other people on the site, times have been hard.
                          Thanks Philip
The link to his page and alterations asuggested are going to be made, this evening i hope. Want to leave it up just for a while, but will probably take it down soon.

                            Good on you Phil.

You do need industry accredited labs (who dont have any involvement or vested interest) to do the work though. Any there's no point in quoting stuff like 'nanotech' etc without backing it up with reasons why - you may as well say it contains pro-vitamins and is the Elle beauty editors product of choice.

Like I say, MIRA or Millbrook are the experts in anything vehicle testing, so might be the best people to approach. A stamp of approval from MIRA is money in the bank!

I really do wish you well with it, and if it is ever cast iron PROVEN that it substantially improves mpg (rather than backed by glowing emails from a few users) I will be first at your door handing over readies for one!

Must admit, I'd love to know purely for the curiosity factor more than anything. That specific technology is one of the rare few where the scientific chaps never really seem to actually say that it doesn't and can't work, but rather that they can't see how it can work. I know it's only a subtle difference, but it intrigues me.
