  • Breathers locations all 4 if poss

    Hi another question been searching but cant find pics

    Im after pics of all 4 locations for diff breathers

    2x diffs
    1x tcase
    1x box
    also is there a "fuel filler breather pipe" that need extending not planning on anything deeper than the wheel arches but you never know im thinking of a cheap preventative measure

    and i know its safe IF i need it

      cheers mate seen that one but was trying to locate the breathers on the tcase and box

      also does anyone know if there is a fuel filler pipe that needs extending

        The breather for the fuel tank goes into the chasis by the tank it has a small filter inline


        If you are going to extend them i would just do the diffs



        can do a kit if required

            To do the front and rear diff with a 't' to join them and end under the bonnet ( i include extra pipe so that you can run it up a snorkle )£15 including P&P

              cheers mate skint until payday with xmas etc but will get in touch then if thats ok

              unless you want to swap for a k/n type cone filter never used

              worth a try lol

                  no probs will be in touch

                  do i not need to do the tcase and box breathers as well

                  does the kist ahve the connecters for the diffs if so will i need to retap or just unscrew originals and screw in the new ones

                    Tcase and box A)are hard to get to and B) are a push fit


                    The kit has two connectors that replace the breathers and screw in without modification and the pipe and a 'T' and i normally send a couple of spare connectors so that you can make your own decision on how to terminate (Eg with a filter or just a open end

                      I've not looked, but aren't the gearbox and transfer case breathers inaccessible when they are in the truck?
