Surf train Kidderminster to South Scotland (anywhere)

We've just bought ourselves a rather nice roof tent off ebay. Only problem is we're near Belfast, it's in Kidderminster.

We'll be getting the ferry to Scotland after Christmas, and driving to the East Scottish borders via Glasgow and Edinburgh. I can provide storage in either of those cities.

That leaves 6 weeks... Anyone able to help? Of course if anyone happens to be coming from Kidderminster to Carrickfergus...

Graham, let me guess... you are?! Bonus! Just to warn, it is quite big - about 1.2x1.6 metres, but should fit in the back of a surf. If you have roof bars of course it would go happily on them.
