Just thought I'd say hello and maybe ask y'all some Q's about ma new to me Surf.

When I use the remote to unlock the doors the drivers door does not lock/unlock
work's ok with the key though, any idea what this is?
easy/expensive to fix.

do the other doors unlock freom the fob, just the drivers door that doesnt, if so then could be your actuator for the central locking on the drivers door thats gone kaput

yeh the other doors unlock/lock fine, so it's the actuator for the drivers door then?
is it a big deal or inexpensive diy?
