Nope. I'd have one of the older LC's anyday, but the 80's, in my personal opinion, look weird. The proportions never seem right to me, and they have those god awful bulgy bits.

They still look wrong to me, somehow. Never been able to put my finger on what it is, but something just seems not quite right with them. That's only my personal taste though.
