That tab isn't too far off, you need a 330ms delay(about 12% feed back and 20% mix), and then a slide for the solo with a sine wave chorus at about the same delay settings, the rest is just pure feel.

Aborigines on the didgeridoo manage it, and have done for a _very_ long time; most professional wind players can do it.
