      i trimmed that part on mine also Steve and once trimmed enough it was ok.My tyres stick out a lot more than yours and when off roading when the wheels are pushed right up in the arches the tyres do catch a little bit but it hasn't caused any damage at all

        thanks for that rich i would like to keep the wheels on rather that fit the tyres to another set of surf wheels .if it is a problen do you think a body lift would solve it ?
