  • Jacking question.

I have just realised that i have no Jack for my 4Runner and was wondering what other jacks people use? Are the standard one's any good, or is an after market device better? My truck is fairly standard i think and at standard height to my knowledge. I want to take the wheels off one at a time and give all the harder to reach places a good clean up and greasing before winter sets in for good.

    Here is a picture......

    Does this height look standard?

Get a surf/4runner jack from a breakers...mine cost £15 (do you have the fittings under the seat to hold it?).

I have a couple of trolley jacks for at home....but they are a big and heavy lump to carry around in the back all the time.
