Front lower suspension bushes

I have a K reg 2.4TD surf, the front lower shock absorber bushes have completely had it! I've trawled around various sites and made plenty of phone calls but can't appear to find someone that stocks them without buying a whole new shock absorber. Managed to find somewhere that would send me some to match if I knew the size of the originals but I can't remember where that was, and the bushes that are on the vehicle are non-existent so taking them out and measuring them simply won't work. Was wondering if anyone knew the sizes, and somewhere good to order them from? I've had a look at the shocks and they are Rancho 5145's, not that I think this makes any difference. Many thanks :-)

have you got the standard shocks on your truck.If so email me your address and i will send you some from the breaker if you want.The may be 2nd hand but they should be better than what you got anyway

It's Ranchos he has fitted Richard. It's unusual for a shock to outlast its bushes though?

just remove one, measure the bolt diameter and the ID of shock mount hole and the width.
