I hope this doesn't sound sad but .....
it looks very similar to an army issue spade from the mid 70's so you could try a military surplus store !

It's the fact that it's got a double bike rack on the back!! (The original photo, not Andy's avatar.....honestly, you lot can be sooooo quick to jump to the wrong conclusion - her bike rack is on the front (of her Jeep just out of shot....) )
But yeah - it's an OK shot I guess...
