Bl**dy rear window !!

Been having a problem with the rear window stopping about an inch from the top so I had a look today and the teeth are worn off on the lifting plate. I fitted a new motor 2 years ago now this. I use the back window loads with my dogs etc... Bugger. It also stops the rear wiper and heater from working. Is it a new tailgate or mechanisim from Stormy what easier ?
