Anyone explain what this means pls.....

The connection to the server has failed. Account: 'pop3.talktalk.net', Server: 'pop3.talktalk.net', Protocol: POP3, Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10061, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E

Outlook express (on Win XP Home) connects and downloads the wifes emails but not mine.??? (we log onto seperate user accounts on XP if that makes any difference)
Haven't been able to get business emails for 48 hrs now!!
