Bad new's mate, we were gutted when the old chins and terrapins died off and that was natural causes in each case, my daughter lost her cat a short while ago, run over, nabours came to tell her but the cat was badly injured and the vet put it to sleep, it was only about 9 months - 1 year old, not a big cat fan but it was a lovely cat,
Too young to die and too old to give a toss

Sorry to hear that mate, I'm not a great cat lover myself but can certainly relate to the loss as with our dog last year, not a nice feeling, hard as hell I know but chin up.

Hi Andy, get her to have alook at www.catchat.org lots of people who have lost there cats go on there, it does help mate. We all get really attached to our animals, they become a big part of the family.

Hi this is Miriam (Mrs Growler)

I'd like to say thank you to everyone for your kind messages of sympathy, it makes us feel we are not alone in our sad loss of Zeus.

Knowing that other people understand how we feel at this sad time has made the pain less severe. It is nice to know you all care and took the trouble to reply to our sad news.

              Thank you all again

              Kind regards
              Miriam

P.S Andy's an old softy really and misses Zeus as much as I do

Probably just as well no one seen you then

As taken from the RSPB web site

"Domestic cats are protected by law and it is an offence to trap, injure or kill them."

It is part of the criminal damage act 1971
