A quick warning to those who want to make real biodiesel.
I'm a Chemistry teacher and have a Senior pupil carrying out a project making biodiesel from different oils. Before lunch, my pupil left his sample of biodiesel (500ml) on a hot plate to dry. I said i would swich it off for him but forgot.....
An hour later (just before the end of lunch) the fire alarm goes off.....
Lets just say the smoke detector in my lab works really well!!!
Does this make me "Idiot Of The Week"?
