    It makes a mess, don't do it!

    Easier and quicker to re-write it in Word, then use CutePDF to print it to a PDF for distribution.

            I use it for the simple facts that, (primarily), it's cross platform and secondly that it's nowhere near as annoying as Word to use. I'm sure MS just love giving basic options stupid names which make no sense or burying options ten layers deep for no good reason.

            Openoffice is a nice straight forward programme. It'll obviously take some getting used to if you're mainly familiar with Word though.

                          If it helps at all, I work in a digital book printing factory.

                          I have full Acrobat software including a couple of plug-ins for imposing or playing around with pdf files.

                          If you need help putting it together, just let me know.

                                Try this then Free Trial

                                Once you click on the download button and go to next page, scroll down and there are several different editing / converters for you to choose from. Most offer either a trial version or come as shareware
