i bought mine over the counter from the chemist, only a small bottle though. wouldnt sell me a decent size.

If you want owt above a small amount, they usually require written confirmation, (on company letterhead), of why it's wanted. It's just to cover their backs.

long story short,now getting loads of vinyl work,so need it for wet application of stickers,chemists it is then lol

Baby shampoo mixed water sprayed on with a pump bottle works just as well.
Thats how window tint is applied anyway.
