i would like to say well done to my dad as he has been reconised by the local papers he is a watch manager for devon & somerset fire and rescue service and on thursday night when he was on duty he helped a young mum and her baby boy when they called the fire control room he was able to guide them in fire safety how to block the bottom of the doors with towels and then stayed on the line so that he could keep them calm until the firefighters arrived to get them out.
