At £3 a MB on my phone, I'll not be here long! But I had to drop by and see how you all were doing. 24 degrees here just now, in case anyone wants to know.
Do you know that, with a 50 character limit, it's

S'true, I cut the hedges, layed a couple of railway sleepers to edge the lawn, painted Craig's Jeep, jet washed the drive and modified the table for the caravan.

Saw a nice lifted Surf here today. Still had IFS, but looked like it had aftermarket wishbones. Was nice. If I see it again, I'll take pics.

And apart from that you had a lazy day?

Yep, had an estate agent 'round as well today to value the house too.

Speaking of caravans, we are thinking of buying one, don't want to spend too much on our first one though, about £2500 tops.

You can get a reasonable 'van for around £650 these days, if you decide it's not for you, you could sell it and get practically all your money back. If you spend over two grand you risk losing a few hundred.

Our first one cost £500, complete with a huge awning. We used it a few times but it was starting to show signs of damp, so I scrapped it. Saved all the appliances from it plus the awning and should get most of the money back.

Been looking on ebay but most at the £700/£1000 price range seem a bit scaby, mybe im just been too fussy.

Need to get a tow bar first.

If it's on Ebay, then it's definitely gonna be scabby!

Ebay is a bit like an on-line car boot sale, the last place you try to sell your junk.
