I haven't yet. I've had no need to and I'm a firm believer in "if it aint broke dont fix it". 30 odd years at various types of maintenance have drummed that into me
I've taken a vow of poverty To anoy me send money

At ambient temperatures, the oxygen and nitrogen gases in air will not react with each other. In an internal combustion engine, combustion of a mixture of air and fuel produces combustion temperatures high enough to drive endothermic reactions between atmospheric nitrogen and oxygen in the flame, yielding various oxides of nitrogen. In areas of high motor vehicle traffic, such as in large cities, the amount of nitrogen oxides emitted into the atmosphere can be quite significant.

In the presence of excess oxygen (O2), nitric oxide (NO) will be converted to nitrogen dioxide (NO2), with the time required dependent on the concentration in air.
That's what I said. Mine was a lot shorter, granted...

Did mine around 3 or 4 years ago. Reduced black smoke (particulates) which the UK MOT does test. Also removed a bit of hesitation on acceleration. No noticeable impact on mpg.

Haven't done mine yet, not because I don't intend to just that I haven't had the chance to get round to it yet, I am interested to see if I get any differences in running on mine, seems to vary from vehicle to vehicle on what I've read so far.

I don’t think I have an EGR with mine being a Petrol .... and I wouldn’t mess about with it if I did have one.
Mine WAS a 150 bhp V6 and ran on PETROL

Has your MOT actually tested emissions? Here in NI, MOTs are government run, and emissions in vehicles over 10-ish years old aren't included, so aren't tested.

blanked mine off the day it passed the mot, cut down on smoke a little and also lowered engine temp slightly
