what spray paint would you recomend if i wanted to spray my shocks, arms and other various bits mate?
would just normal spray can stuff from Halfords be good enough?

Hammerite has'nt let me down, depends if ya want it for show regarding colour, my new shocks i just coated with halfords type clear laquer

He means a tom cat's pi$$, they tend to spray it over stuff to mark their teritory, stinks like SOB, they do it on my wheelie bins, ya hands stink of it, bstd cats,

depending on what your painting under there it's cheaper to buy the tins of hammerite as opposed to spray cans, (if you have a comp and spray gun, just thin with ordinary celly thinners (the hammerite stuff is expensive) just dont tip any thats left back in the tin as it will turn to jelly, if it's just shocks an aerosol can will do ya,
