Billy....can't remember (therapy has blocked it out) his full name - no, wait it's MTB Billy - some idiotic imbecile that came on here and basically incited riots on a few things, including his desire to do donuts in a car park at 11:00am on Rememberance Sunday, and kept creating new usernames as he was banned on an almost daily basis!
