But I have to be nice to people, from the start. Most people it's alright, but you try explaining to a lorry driver his boss lied to him about what time I'll open the gate. And I'm on overtime, don't like day shifts, don't like day shifts, really don't like day shifts.

But then it's better than when I was a manager, and the night shift used to enjoy phoneing me at the wee hours of the night to ask what to do. No regret there over my demotion.
