Bio diesel duty.

Thinking about running the surf on veggie oil. Stuck a few ltrs in last week to give it a try and have found no ill effects, apart from the smell. In my area they are having a purge on alternative fuel tax dodgers with roadside checks etc and the way mine smells, i`m bound to get a pull before long. Might sound a dumb question but "IF" i was to pay the duty on it, how would i go about it? I am presuming that customs and excise are the people to get in touch with, am i right?
