A Big thanks to Rich who on his birthday climbed under a surf what else? and got me a steering box so that i could go and play at boxgrove wot a great guy it turned up at 12.30 rich once again many thanks any time your in the big smoke just pop in and you will have a nice hot cup of tea there for you

At least i said thanks even if it was to the wrong bloke even if he is that fugly
All done now, new steering box, cv boots, new brass bushes, another seal behind hub, washers behind rubbers on the rear wheel carrrier to stop that annoying rattle, put it all back together, bled power steering and dont forget tightening those wheel nuts, the way my brain is workin (not) thats all i need on the way to Boxgrove (my wheels are so excited they overtake me) all i need now is a road test.

No it was only when it felt like it but if i did a left hand bend above 15 then you knew it was moaning apart from that it sounded like arb bushes or something like a lose plate everything seemed tight when i checked bearings and ball joints it wasnt a particularly loud rattle justannoying.
as for tomorrow come on you can make it we have to swamp the place with surfs all the vids of boxgrove and not one surf gotta change that

well my mate i was gona go with is out on the tiles as we speak drinking tequila! so cant see him up in the morning now
