Help with cloaking device

I can't find the switch to disable my cloaking device.

It must be stuck on as at one of those stupid traffic calming island things the car coming the other way decided I wasn't there and kept on going even though I had priority

I miss having my lifted Truck. The sheer prscence o the thing moved others out the way. OOOOOOOOO how close am i to hitting the credit card.
