Thanks for all the replies. My current budget is fairly flexible depending on what is available. One of my main reasons for wanting a surf is that our pair of dogs are not doing my 07 Monte estate anygood. So that will be going. I would like the highest range model possible, I think that is the SSRG. However I will consider anything that is in good order and tidy. How many miles are the 3.0 TD good for before needing anything major?

I use mine for the dog. She loves the back window down. I would recommend a "Tri-Fold Dog ramp". When my dog is tired she is reluctant to jump in or out. But when we got the ramp no problem.
