fitting lift kit

hi all, thinking of bidding on a 2" lift kit on e-bay, are they easy to fit or will i need to get my mechanic mate to fit it.?

Aye, I am aware of what a gun is. But you said you have a gun rod, is that like something for poking down the barrel to clean it? I take it the Berretta is the thing you poke your gun rod into?
