  • corrupt sd card file?

    help?been to santa pod today with elite,took loads of pics,but computer says sd card is corrupt?can anyone help?pics can be viewed on camera and if tried putting card in my reader and tried camera direct

        Did you format the card before you used it??
        I took the misses to Manby motorplex to drive a hgv and the donut that said he was videoing it all on sd card forgot to format it so all she got was a couple of piccys of me grinning!

          it was full of holiday pics,cleared them all off the other nite?i can see every pic when card is in camera?

              next step is to try printing direct from printer,then worst comes to worst i can scan them back in??

                  Clean the card as mine did this a couple of weeks ago and i couldn't use the camera or get anything on the computer.I just gave the contacts on the card a good clean with my t-shirt and its been ok since

                      have you got any type of external drive plugged in as that can give a problem, unplug anything thats usb and try it, my phone won't upload pics if mobile modems in!!

                            Long shot but go into System Properties > Hardware > Device Manager then delete all USB Root Hub entries.

                            Should force pc to re-load and re-set all USB devices on pc.

                            Has helped me in the past.
