Spare wheel carrier............

Hi guys

Im looking to get my spare wheel moved from the hinged wheel carrier on the back of my truck to underneath so i don't have to open the wheel every time i need to get into the boot! (i use it for work and am in and out alot)

Is there an after market something or someone who makes them up in there spare time and sells them??????????????

Could really do with one so any help would be much appreciated.

See if any of the breakers on here have the gubbins for the underslung carrier.

What Matt said, the chassis on your truck is all set up to accept the underslung spare carrier set-up, you even have the wee hole on the centre of your rear bumper to put the winding handle through.

i got a breaker in at the moment with the underslung spare mechanism fitted.It won't be till probably next week that i can get to strip it off as i need to strip another truck before i start on the other one.I'll sort out a price next week once its off and i know the postage cost but it will probably be about £30 - £35 delivered.I may be able to do it a bit cheaper once its off

we'll need to find out if the 2nd gen one will fit the 3rd gen.I was assuming you had a 2nd gen.

2nd gen carrier will not fit 3rd gen , chassis is different . I know , I tried for someone else before.
