Hi there guys
I have a Surf kzn185 on a Nreg and Im loosing water..."HELP"..... Ive been told that its the cap, so here i go surfing on ebay, buy a cap and its the wrong one to big, ok find another surf seller and another cap and it still to big to fit in the hole, the sellers say that there is only one size, so Im puzzled.........
So guys, to you out there I ask is my surf a hybrid of parts????
Can anyone help.....Please

Unless someone has fitted a different rad, which should show up as the fan shroud etc wouldn't fit.

There's actually three sizes of cap for Toyotas that I know of. There's Standard, Small and Extra small. The Surfs as far as I know are usually the small type. Not sure about the KZN185, it may be the extra small.

Have a look here for size info and application guide. Part numbers may not be the same over there as this is an Aussie Tridon catalogue.
