looked at those direct 4x4 ones Dave, afraid i dont go much on em, much perfer the lund range, i'm thinking more of a colour matched visor which i think you can do with the lund ones, there was a geezer on eblag a year or two ago doing em for the hilux pick up etc, they were fairly cheap, adaptable i reccon, he's not about now tho as far as my searches have done

i think thats the idea you can see the shadow it makes on the windscreen though and it doesnt stick out like a sore thumb either.

Tony, you are young and may not be aware of this, but you can wear your baseball cap the other way round. ( In fact that is how they were worn in the olden days). That way the peak bit will be at the front and will shade your eyes from the fierce sun that we suffer here in Britain. If you do that you no longer need that thing for your Surf. Tell your passengers to do the same if the sun bothers them.
Go on try it, dare to be different. It works. You,ll thank me for this top piece of advice, just look at the money you will save.
