cam timing periods on 3.0 kzn130

hi all,
what are the recommended cam belt lifetimes for our surfs?
mine has done 40k miles since last change and i think it was 3 or 4 years ago so im thinking it needs doing anyway (will be with next months pay packet though)

100,000 Kilometers or 62,000 MIles.

what about that in years terms..
if its just 62k then i have 20k miles to do yet (which would be almost 3 years of ownership)

I think, but don't quote me, it's 5 years.

tis what i was thinking.
i had it inspected back in the winter time and i was told "it looks okay from what i can tell"

i'll dish out the receipt to get the date and if its coming up to the 5th year i'll get it done.
