sorry for being a pain guys, can i put 275/65/16 on my truck and whats the difference between them and what is on it at the moment ie 265/65/16?

yep shud be fine,may rub slightly,they are a tiny bit wider

i have a 2" suspension lift and a 2" body lift so that should be ok should'nt it?

depends on your wheel offset, but as bdt says should be no problems at all.
