          Hi Tony,

Err, Nope - spooky but I was going to mail you to try and find that Newbie clip - oh so appropriate eh?

Actually Tony, now you're about, I was wondering if you could help - my Surf had a red button on the gearbox - any ideas about what it's there for????

Mate, it's not sarcasm, it's verbal irony when I or Albannach partake of it. Honestly, keep up with the times.

Btw, when have I ever been sarcastic.............

In fact, just on a total thread hijack, someone actually said this to me yesterday on another forum regarding a post I made:

I'm not sure** if that's some kind of contemptuous remark

They did see the light eventually though. Christ I must be slipping if they had to think about it.

**then i read some other parts of your post and now i'm sure!

You have to bear in mind there were only two options

Had there been a wider spread of say, 'cutting' 'taunting' 'acerbic' or 'castigating' I would have had the range to be more accurate.

??? This thread is getting totally surreal.

Guys, I myself think it's a double double bluff...........unless Matt, maybe you're right.

But just in case - main forums page - FAQ's about Surfs - Thread titled Red Button......
