mornig all. Can i run 265/75/16 on my truck using the standard surf wheel? it has 265/70/16 at the moment.

Yes you can, but tyre will be taller resulting in speedo reading less than you are actually doing

I thought they were the standard tyres for it...that's what ours are anyway.

Standard is 265/70/16, but you can run 265/75/16, as I and others do. You might get a bit of rubbing on full lock, as some have reported but others I beleive say they dont. Its nothing major in any case.
