ISS / Shuttle bright tonight

Browsing earlier (22:10) and looked at the NASA sightings page and noticed that the ISS / shuttle (docked) should be visible from 22:07 to 22:12, so legged it outside and there it was, bright as anything passing above the neighbours roof.

Spot on time!

That wasn't really the shuttle /ISS you could see - it's all a fake.

What you were looking at was a sound studio somewhere in Arizona!

They've never actually gone anywhere you see.

I remember my mother getting me out of bed to watch it on tv when I was 6. Never forgot it too, became a real space geek for many years afterwards.
