While replacing the oil filter, this small black thing fell off, looks like it broke off somehow. I pushed it back on and it's ok.

There are two of them together.

Whats it for, whats the purpose of them and can you get them anywhere if need be?

There filters for the VSVs they are attached to. They are just a push on fit with a rubber seal.
