Started my Nebosh general cert today .........now suffering from a fried brain

Tomorrow night I will join you in the fried grey matter corner.
My 'delightful' want us to have ITIL certification to Ver 3, we have Ver 2 now. This should be a 2 day course, but we get 1 including the test.
The mere thought of an 8:00 to 6:30pm day has gone down like a lead balloon
even more when most of us have something like an hour each way commute to add to the day 
Look out Eastbourne, the Pandas are coming ! -
